the gym is a magical place. after the 5-6 pm rush hour. i may have recently posted about the gym i joined that i love for the most part. it is close to home and all the machines and decor are red and yellow. this makes me want fast food, but luckily there is none on the way home. anyways. i stayed late at the gym the other day because peter was working late at church. so after all the after work people left all these new things started to happen. women used the weight machines instead of just the usual meat heads. an impromptu aerobics class happened in the middle of the gym with a bunch of old ladies. they handed out smoothie samples. what a magical place this red and yellow gym is after 6pm.
